Guns looks great! Two questions though. First what is that bottom metal...looks to be a detachable magazine but not the AI type. I like that look. Second question is how come you took the easy target when there was a pesky crow sitting out there begging to be shot.

HAHA, Thats HS precision Metal I have got to where I really like it. It fits tight and is not noisy. and they pre shape it to the creedmoor caliber so the feed is nice. Think I know someone that needs it on their LH 22 creed

They're something to hunt all year long! Nice shot, that clearly worked well. You're pushing that 75 gr. A-max quite a bit faster than I am in a stardard 22-250 @ 3200 fps. I love that bullet! Flies great, and is obviously devastating on coyotes. You should see what it does to a prairie dog pup!

as alway's I am late, what is the 22 creedmoor? Take a 6.5 Creedmoor and neck it down for .224 inch bullets and you have a 22 Creedmoor. Much like the 22-243, 224 TTH, 22 Middlestad (sp), 223WSSM.....

And I take down 6mm factory brass to 22 in one step so you don't have to go down from the 6.5 creed making it pretty dang easy.

I saw on your old website that y'all are going to start selling custom ammo. Will you offer this chambering?
Just to make sure that it is done thoroughly, I go both ways.

Thats part of the plan but between gun builds and the new ZEROlight we have been pretty slammed to take on much else yet.

Hi Derrick,
Very nice rifle and excellent yote video!
I have done a little range work with some CFE223 charged .22-250 reloads in my new R700 rifle you built for me. It is an excellent shooter! I couldn't be more happy as I am getting the best .22-250 groups I have experienced. Waiting for our range (Elm Fork Shooting Park) to slow down and weather to improve so I can finalize load development.
Dreaming up another rifle for project for you...
Take care,
