Looking for a lease from the hill country to south texas. (prefer within 2-3 hours of corpus) I would like to assume the entire place. Anywhere from 500 acres up to ??????

High fence, low fence, would prefer some type of lodging, but if contract terms are long enough (3-5 years), I am open to discuss providing property improvements during the lease terms for the property, (food plots, clearing, mowing, ROW maintenance, etc). If there is no house/cabin, I would be open to discuss building some sort of dwelling that could stay on the property (not just a trailer house). I have several references from land owners/lease managers I can provide.

I wanna pass this along to you the lady handling it is named Devon. Its pricy but they take great care of their properties and are super easy to work with. They are looking long term also. We did a 5 year on a property from here in august a few miles away from this one and couldnt be happier.
