I looked around at other shops prices, and these seem to be significantly lower. I'm not sure about the year. They may be last years production, and the new guns are upgraded. Anyway, they're claiming they're selling these Para's at dealer price, and then Para is offering a $100.00 rebate. That's a lot of discount. Some guys on the 191 forum were saying it's not really a special deal, and the they've seen similar prices at other shops, but I haven't seen anything close to how low these are going for. Maybe I looked in the wrong place. Either way, it's a good deal on a big line of different models, from a MFG

I've been wanting to try one out. Of course it happens when I'm out of a job. I could be wrong, but it seems like you could by a few of these, and turn around and sell them for a decent profit. Or you may have to wait a little while, until these types of sales are nowhere to be seen. I need to do more research to see if these are discontinued models, and if so, do the new models have upgrades, which could/would reduce the value of these models. Looks like a good deal to me. I need a bedside piece, something bigger than my carry guns.

What do you guys think? If anyone buys one of these, please come back and post how the deal went.

link Guns Midwest I've never heard of them.

There are many more models listed in this sale, I didn't want to post a bunch of pictures.

All prices are after the mail in $100.00 rebate.

I have the blued Para Expert 5" single stack. Good solid pistol. I've got in the neighborhood of 1200 rounds through it without an issue. Darned accurate too. Big difference between it and the older G.I. Expert (I HAD one of those). The Expert has all forged and machined parts, hand fitted, no MIM. Trigger could be better (it is very serviceable as is) but it's cheap and easy enough to fix.

A stainless Expert at $429.00 is a pretty good deal.
