 Need Hog Hunt on Apr 4 & 5 for 4 Public Safety Guys

I'm trying to set up a hog hunt for a few officers and dispatchers. This is the only time we can be off together. Our ideal scenario would be to leave Dallas and arrive Friday around lunch or so, get settled and ready for an evening hunt, go in for dinner, head back out later for a night hunt, go in to catch a few zzzz's, and then finish up the trip with a morning hunt on Saturday. Lodging is essential, meals are a plus. Of course, we are flexible with whatever your set-up accommodates. A couple of the guys haven't really hunted a lot so I thought this would be a great way for them to catch the bug. Let me know what you can do please. Thanks
