Yep, chicken fried. Soak in milk or buttermilk overnight.

We have always cut them into nuggets to fry. Prolly be good cooked over charcoal wrapped in bacon with jalapeno inside bacon with turkey. Have to watch how you cut it to be large enough to wrap.

It's the time spent in God's creation with family and friends making memories that counts.

Take the Breast Meat, soak it in Milk or Buttermilk (Overnight). Rinse then cut into strips like Chicken Express does, soak in Italian Dressing for 2 to 3 hrs., take strips out of Dressing and shake off excess but leave some on so that when you roll it in Flour, it will keep the batter on. Chicken fry. Microwave some Bacon, so it will stay soft, wrap fried strips w/ the Bacon and then take a small piece of cheese and a slice of Jalapeno and secure that w/ the Bacon w/ a toothpick. Great for snacks or as a Meal.

Pre-heat oven to 350
mix your favorite cornbread dressing/stuffing and add 1 cup small cocktail shrimp

I usually do like a chicken strip, smoking them then refrigerate and slice thin eats well with cheese and crackers, or just boil it up in some chicken broth and follow any chicken salad recipe. The last one is what my wife likes so we have that one often.
