I got drawn for the Gun Deer Either Sex at Hill Country SNA for Dec. 8-11th. Has anyone ever hunted this place? What can I expect? I've never been to the area and wanted to know what type of buck I should hold out for. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

a 120 class buck is big, big. bring some good boots its rockey as hell. but there a bunch of deer in there so getting the job done shouldnt be a problem. my family has a ranch on the north side and i have seen big deer heards while driving through the area. hope that helps ya.

the first deer you see shoot it, they keep the deer population low on hill country sna, we hunted it 3 years ago, very rugged, good horse trails, did not see a lot of deer, between three of us we killed 3 does,
