Going to look at a potential lease next Saturday and was wondering what to expect. Its a small place but has some wheat planted on it.

We had a lease a few miles south of Valera quite e few years back. There were good numbers of deer and the best bucks scored around 140. Wheat fields and prickly pear flats were a magnet for deer.

Great Area1 Average weights on Does, @ 110lbs. Bucks weight, 130-150lbs. Good rain at the right time of year. Buck-Scores this year: 130-140 on average. With a "possible" 150. Good-Luck.
