I tried taking pics but, like I said, he's real shy and started to retreat when the papparazzi showed up. Had to watch quietly from across the room and in the dark (nothing but a black light). Yeah, sorry, no pics.

if I would have known it was legal to keep poisonous snakes as pet, I would likely have a similar setup on my desk.
When I was a technician last year there was a baby rattler under my vise all day until my super saw it and pushed me away and grabbed it, took it outside and dispatched it. Hammering on hammer unions, etc all day and he never made himself known.
He would have made a nice little pet.

Very Kool LP! I have three of 'em right now plus a copperhead (all kept in locking cage)and 8 or 9 non-venomous...

don't they stink? I find snakes every once in a while and when I grab them they piss all over me and stink, I haven't had the courage to pick up a live rattler bare handed yet, but I have been told they smell worse than garter snakes and coachwhips and such and one guy has even told me he was on a ranch where there were so many he could smell them walking around when he got close

Of course, I just cut their heads off, sack em up, throw em in the Yeti in the back of the pickup...then go find one of my snake scared buddies and show them off. Then it is time to skin and eat or freeze them.
