1200 acre year around lease available for serious deer hunters. water and electricity 2buck/3doe Baylor County 2 hrs. west of Denton, TX

ONLY 1 SPOT AVAILABLE. $1500 ea. available immeadiately.

4 hunters total on this lease. Looking for management minded deer hunters. Duck hunting allowed as long as it is not done near other hunters deer stands unless deer season is over. If you want to duck hunt by your deer stand feel free. Friends/family hunting guests allowed. But if deer hunting, they must hunt off of your quota. In other words, you get two bucks, if your guest shoots a buck then you have 1 buck left.

Great dove hunting available. We do have hogs

Good evening, I am interested in knowing if your lease is still available and if so if you have some pictures of the animals taken off of it recently. Also if you have an aerial photo showing the property lines I would appreciate it. I am curious as to what type of terrain and cover the property is made of. thank you for your time I look forward to hearing from you. casey
