I have a buddy that is looking at a lease between Bluffton and Tow. I think it is just west of the road going up to Tow about three miles north of Bluffton.

Anybody have input on this area?

Quantity and quality of deer? Hogs? Turkeys? Any chance of exotics passing through.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I was up that way yesterday. Lots of deer and there are some good ones but not that many. Lots of hogs and some turkeys. There are some auodad in the area but not that many. If you are by some bluffs they may come to a feeder.

Lots of deer, pretty small bodied. Horns can be pretty though.

We sold hunts in tow a few years ago. Some nice deer a ton of pigs. The deer were plentiful just not to big. But the place was a blast and would def go back. Good luck

Also, if you like to fish, not a bad area for that either. In 3 hours time yesterday, I caught 23 channel cats of which 15 were keepers.

I leased there 5 years ago in that exact area. I shot a nice 8 & a 12 (my biggest deer to date). Never saw any exotics but I did shoot a few pigs. Nice area! If it would have had a camp & been a little cheaper I would have stayed there.
