Move them when they are empty and then fill, you need the tank, a trough, a float system, and a method of filling the tote tank.

I have two 55 gal drums. One I have in my truck to haul the water to the other which is at my lease. It has a float valve on the water trough. I have watched tons of deer and other critters drink from it especially with the drought the last few seasons. They sometimes came to it and passed on the corn close by.

I have a 300 gallon rubbermaid trough that I fill with a water trailer occasionally. If you don't have access to a water trailer then I would by some water barrels like WTW has above and haul water that way.
