Late for sunflower. 1st of may- need early rains. I would go w millet. Germinates in 90 days. Cows will hammer it, though

Your pond maybe the only thing you need. With the food supply around you, the water'n hole may be very productive.

^^^ this. I've hunted a cotton field because it had a pond on it several times... did ok... Good for what people around there were doing at the time.

No its not if it grows naturally. If you threw out a bag of sunflower or milo then yes its baiting.

Plant German Foxtail Millet along fence lines where you hunt. And see the results also good for waterfowl.

sunflowers on sunflowers on sunflowers, deer corn works too
