I am looking to get another offshore boat so I am counting my pennies, therefore I am looking to sell my spot on my deer lease. I will include my elevated blind, two feeders as well as my older camper that's already on the ranch. The camper has electricity, A/C, its no taj mahal but its dry, clean and either warm or cold depending on time of year. I'll even sell you my Honda Foreman 500 if youd like.(grin...) The ranch is huge, 14,500 acres broke down into 3 ranches. It is management minded so you get 1 Trophy buck, 1 Management buck and 1 cull buck and the number of does to be determined by lease manager. Turkeys, hogs, exotics, predators, etc are also included , and it has some great dove hunting too. The camp spot has water and electricity and is well secured for your gear year round. Really good bunch of guys that will make you feel right at home, our ranch manager is a great guy. Lease members are from all over so you may or may not see many of them throughout the season depending on when you go. It is rough country near the Devils River so some sort of ATV or UTV would be best to fill feeders and recover game. I am selling my spot with the camper, blind and feeders for $2500. The annual dues for the lease are $1875. Right now you'd have a turn key set up for this coming season and the feeders have been feeding since last Sept. What exotics are on the ranch and do you have any pics

Its about 185 miles. Take I-10 to Mountain Home, then Mountain Home exit to Rocksprings, up 55 to 277 and then about 14 miles down 277. Theres Auodad and Axis, guys have seen black buck too. Theres even a really big Eland (I think) and Elk but those two species are off limits. Its not a ranch where your going to see 150" deer regularly but theres lots of bucks and theres some good ones out there. Heres a few pics of thousands I have.
