Ok I'm lost. I bought a 40taurus pt 100 with a well on the bottom of the grips. I'm needing to find some of the parts that go on the mags. Where can I find some. A regular clip will not latch up in the gun. The base holds it out to far. Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks guys

Is the base plate contacting the magwell, or are you unable to push the mag up far enough because your hand hits the magwell? For the first I think removing the magwell is the best idea. For the second you can make or buy rubber base pads that add length to the mag. For your gun it may be easier to make them and attach them with double sided tape.

The base of the mag is hitting on the bottom of the well.i ground off the base on the mag but I still need to grind off some more, but when I do in going to loose contact with the rear of the mag with the base. I was hoping some one had a mag well they wanted to get rid of. It makes the pistol fit my hand really nice.

I find magwells make a grip fit my hand too. Is there a way to alter the well? Do all mags hit in the same place? If you're looking for a different magwell I'd think what fits Beretta will fit with little to no work. Good Luck.

Just tarted the one mag. Didn't want to invest a bunch just to not have it work. What I need is just a metal plate that is the same size as the clip base without any hang over on any side. May try to make one out of tin

Need a base for a factory clip, tryed to trim the other one so it would fit. It got to thin on the edges where it slides over the actual metal lip of the mag. Looks like i have to take the mag well off the pistol.

I hate to hear that. I would have to think that it was made to fit, so maybe only factory mags with metal floor plates fit it. I gave up on 92's and clones long long ago. Maybe you can find a metal floorplate mag to try before you remove it. Good luck.
