Wow! A good friend and person going to serve our country and this is how a outfitter treats him. WARNING: OSCEOLA TURKEY HUNTERS Lone Star Outfitters promised my nephew a chance to shoot at a Osceola turkey. Well in two days we only saw two long beards. One 150 yards one over 80 yards. So we ask him about his 100% and I quote off his webpage " We always experienced 100% success on this ranch " he said sorry bad luck... He was supposed to pick us up at the hotel and take us back, which he did not do. Then to top everything off my nephew texted him saying we were dissatisfied with his outtfitting, and he responded and I quote "better luck in Iraq and I hope you learn better personal skill" For you who don't know my nephew is going to serve our country in June. He looked for a outfitter that could fit him in his schedule and garantee him a shot at a turkey so he could have a chance at the grand slam before he left. so pass on this information to any one who is planning turkey hunt in Florida, his name is WALT ISENHOUR 2187 HWY 290 E MCDADE, TX 78650 LONE STAR OUTFITTERS
DO NOT GO WITH THIS OUTFITTER please pass this along thanks Jeff Lorenz

The bad luck with a hunt is understandable. That can happen anywhere. But his comment to you nephew does not seem appropriate and is a bad way to treat any customer.

By golly that feller is just un-American in my book!!! So I say may the Fleas of a 1000 camels infest his arm pits for talking to a young soldier like that!
2 yrs ago me n my 2 daughters were boarding a flight to Alaska for a lil vacation and there was a injured Vet sitting across the Isle from us in a seat that had room for his injured leg., A real nice chap he was! And this huzzy throws a fit that's her seat! Least to say the huzzy pissed the whole plan off! The Captian gave him a first class seat too! Tell ur nephew good luck n God bless!, n be SAFE

Unless it was a small, high-fenced turkey ranch, I'd say there's no such thing as a 100% guarantee on a turkey. Since I've never heard of a high-fenced turkey ranch, I'd say the guy is talking out of his axe, and he's a jenyoowine dooshebag to boot. I say he needs to be stuffed WITH a turkey for Thanksgiving.
Old age ain't for sissies!
