Maybe I havn't traveled far enough, but I have never seen a drive through daquiri stand in Texas. LA yes, but not here.

Several other states allow Walmart and other stores to sell the hard stuff. It was odd to buy a bottle of jack the same place you buy your milk and eggs

indeed you haven't, There is in in San Antonio off 410 on Jackson Keller with bikini clad hotties curb side serving.

One in Spring on Louette half mile from Klein high school.

They went out of business a couple of years ago. It's a donut shop now.

Their selection was limited and over priced.

Louisiana has one on every corner and only two or so towns statewide you cant get liquor. Texas makes ya wait till noon on Sundays and has a bunch of counties where ya cant even buy a beer. Not bad, but not nearly as convienant as Louisiana.

Once I rented a Uhaul and got a Daquri from the same place in Copperas Cove, and on top of that the lady sold me on the idea I needed extra shots in it.

Every "smoker's outlet" drive through in Odessa/Midland is also a "daiquiri oasis", plus there are several "Eskimo Hut" drive throughs.

Nevada has one better. There is a conveniance store/hunting store in Fallon, Nevada (the town where the Navy's Top Gun F/A-18 Fighter pilot school is located).

They have firearms, alcahol and porn.
