The only rifle I used to bring to our ranch (which we don't have anymore) was just my deer rifle, which was a 30.06. I really liked carrying the 357 magnum on my hip more than anything. I watched my stepdad nail a jack rabbit at full speed one time when it ran in front of where we were cooking. It was one of the best shots I've ever seen. Even more impressive is that he's not a big gun guy and was prolly a 12 pack in lol

Marlin 336 in 30-30 lives in one truck and nef 357 maximum lives in another.
