My longest shot was a couple weeks ago. 280 - 300 yards with 30/30 and leverevolution ammo. Only shot about 6 boxes of the ammo before/during the season at the range. So I'm pretty confident where the bullet will hit.
Only thing ranged was the corner of a fenceline that is exactly 200 yards from my stand. Deer jumped fence there and started trotting away. Walked straight out from point until I got lined up with stand and deer was 100 steps away. Only made it about 10 yards from where he was shot.

185yds on an 8 point last week with my .30-06. Stacked up some rocks on the side of a little path to use as a rest. Neck shot, dropped him right there. I was really proud of myself.

Just like Phil a little under 300 yards with a Ruger 243 on a coyote. Shot a doe this year at 225 with Ruger 30-06 off a shooting stick

460ish across a wheat field with a 300 mag prone with bipod. Very nice piebald doe that looked like a paint horse. Saved the whole hide and the freezer went out while i has saving funds. Still makes me sick, it was beautiful.

I drove about 500 miles to hunt in South Texas one time so I guess that was pretty far.

I shot a tree at about 150 yards. Other than that, about 50 yards for a doe.

979 yards on a 8X8 bull elk in Oklahoma with a 22-250, standing, with open sights on a windy day.
I was alone at the time and gave the meat to a nomadic Indian tribe to make it through the winter.
They gave me the Lakota name "TAKIKIYA"
I had a picture of me with my shirt off standing over the Elk but I lost it.
ish
