200 acres in Hill County open for lease for Spring Turkey season 2013. Located between Blum and Whitney.
Place has a cabin that can be used. It has water but no electricity. There are co-op water spickets throghout the place. There are 5 tanks on the property but all are seasonal and tend to only have water after the spring rains. The east side of the land is bordered by a creek- which is seasonal.
I havent had a feeder out in a year or so. There are a few familes of turkey that raise here.
