Thanks for all the great comments! They are both free range deer taken on an old cattle ranch.

It's probably 20 minutes north of the weatherford court house.

There are some real good deer around that area. I believe it is Murray road where we turn off.

You hunt on Murray? Where the big tank is? The goodnight ranch?

It's on the left side of the road. It's a white gate. Ten a pretty good size tank then there is the owners house back behind the tank. It has lots of black cattle on the place.

O ok I know where your ranch is. Ya Mr. Ellis is a family friend and he invited me to come deer hunt. I also would like to varmint hunt his place. There are some great places to call on his ranch!

Thank you! We have always been a hunting family. My grandad has taught me a lot. It was very special to get two nice bucks that day with him.

Heck y'all are both hunting a couple blocks from my house, wish one of those busters would visit my feeder.

Hey guys I have always seen deer on this place. I live close on Oak Ridge Estate. I have seen several bucks on the property that you are discribing. Bford, my kids loving coming by and looking at your buffalo! I have been looking for a place in the area to deer hunt but wasnt very sucessful. If any of you guys have a place or know of a place close to here please PM. Thanks

I'm going with a pedestal wall mount for my 8 point. You got a great looking deer. Congrats.
