Got this picture this morning. The story I got was a friend of mines cousin shot this out of state somewhere. Looks as though it has deformed legs growing out of its back. Kind of strange looking.

It's probably that deer's twin that was absorbed while still in the embryo. Almost a siamese twin (conjoined).
