For those of you that saw the thread about 34 hogs in one trap, here is an update from the past weekend. Not 34, but they are still coming in, I got 14 more this Monday morning.

The trap is 8'x12'. The transport trap is 4'x8'. No way could we move the big trap.

The hog facility sets a minimum weight requirement, currently it is 70 lb. None of these went 70lb so we could not sell them. Sell em, eat em, or shoot em are the only choices. They cannot leave the location where trapped alive unless they ae going to an approved holding facility, a slaughter facility or an authorized hunting preserve.

They are in Montague County between Forestburg and Sunset. Are you an approved holding facility or do you want to kill them?

Yeah, Randy is always thinking of you guys. The timing wasn't right or y'all would be eating pork for a while at the station.

He and Dawn, his wife, and one other guy field dressed 28 of them in about 45 minutes.

it is legal for a high fence to come get them and transport back to there ranch .
