My father n law and I were given hunting rights on several places around Abilene this year. One of the places is 600 acres with mesquite pastures and wheat fields. It has 1 stand and 2 feeders, but the feeders haven't been running or hunted in 5 years. We found this stand with 1 of the feeders up on a hill looking down into a mesquite bottom. I hope my daughter can get a doe here and maybe I can find a shooter down in the bottom to the left of the stand.

My F-I-L with a view from the front

This place has potential I think, especially since it hasn't been hunted in 5 years.

Sounds like this could be a very good season for you if the deer cooperate

Sounds like a great lease. All that stand needs is a coat of paint.

Put a bathroom in it and you can expense it on your taxes as a second home. Nice

That's not a stand. It's a house.

It's definitely big enough to hold 4 people comfortably.
