Depending on how much if a larger batch just increase the ingredents. Guessed at some of the ingredent measurements since I rarely measure anything, adjust for your taste but the cornmeal and flour porportions workwell.
1/2 cup Selfrising cornmeal 1/4 cup Selfrising flour 1/4 tea spoon black pepper 1/4 cup onions chopped some chopped Jalapeno pepper. 1 egg add milk to get good consistancy for the batter

Thanks! I made it last night, and it was way better than the mix I had been using!! My girls thought the jalapeņos were a little much, but I thought it was just right... Thanks again

Thanks again Glad you liked it. My Mother was not a fan of jalapeņos so she would mix it up, fry her some without then then stir the jalapeņos in for the rest of us.
