Funny I should see this! I JUST came in from tryin my new FoxPro Spitfire and couldnt be happier. We called in 3 coyotes in less than 5 minutes and watched them take off when we just up on em Hahahaha! I got mine from a guy on Craigslist and paid $120. They seem to work great.

I bought a Spitfire and it works great. Even with my crappy hearing, I can hear it very good at over 150yds away. And the remote was working at that distance too.

Just got the spitfire today and had to try it out on my dog.
I saw he was asleep under the trailer so I set it up bout 100 yards from him and I mean he went nuts... Full sprint , hopping over tall grass to try and see where it was coming from.....he woulda got caught for sure.

anyone have the Primos Turbo Dogg? i just bought it but have not had a chance to try it. what's the word on custom calls? i see you can load your own on these. primos sells them for 5 bucks a piece. i guess that is OK if they are good but free is better!

I feel primary reasons for purchasing an electronic caller should be to easily operate the caller (on-off, volume and change sounds) remote and at times, not line of sight. The other advantage of an electronic caller is to play an actual animal recording with excellent sound quality. Since most of the call companies have TV shows, look to see which company has footage of animals closest to the caller. If the caller is not delivering a quality sound, a critter may respond but does not want to get too close. Adios, Gary
