I have 3 openings on a lease in the southern part of Stephens Co.The lease is 1280 ac. with a total of 9 hunters.We have Deer, Turkey, Hogs,Dove,Electricity & water.Campers are welcome. I have hunted this lease for 13 years. We are family friendly, but they hunt off of your tags.The lease is year round. each spot is $1950 If interested call John for more info @ 214-886-1165 if no answer leave a message and I will call you back in the evening.

Also, if we sign a lease and everything goes good and everyone is happy, we are looking for a long term lease could this be a problem? Do you see the price increasing? Can we plant food plots? Can we set up water? Is the camping area all together and ready for a camper?

The 3 spots are still available. The lease is located about 15 miles NNE of eastland,and about 7miles into stephens co on the south side of the county.If you would like to see it please give me a call @ 214-886-1165

I can vouch for the quality of this lease as I know the OP, and also hunt a lease less than a mile from this one. Hey JRHLK, you didn't tell me about that bruiser!
