I just used one this past season for the first time. Got a neoprene one. I actually liked it. Only complaints I have is I laid my gun down (pointing in a safe direction of course) to dig around in my blind bag. Well some ducks came right in and when i quickly picked up my gun the sling was draped over the top of my barrel, I couldnt see my sight so I just shot with instinct. (still got 2 though) And my only other complaint is when I rose up to shoot a banded spoonbill it got hung on the brush of the blind. It's offIcial- your "The Most Intersting Man In The World" I don't always shoot ducks but when I do my sling gets in the way" 2 ducks fall every time I instinctively pull the trigger! And I only Intentionally miss spoonys when they are banded! "Use slings my friends!"
