I met Shorty a few years ago and of all things was helping him sink Crappie Condos on Lake Ray Hubbard. I saw Jays post earlier in another topic and thought that I'd drop Shorty an email and invite him to check the site out and maybe from time to time shed some light, tips, ideas with our disabled hunting friends here on the forum. I have a long time friend that was disabled in a car wreck many years ago and I have seen first hand the sruggles of everyday life, a lot of the things we take for granted everyday. He to enjoys fishing and hunting and I'm trying to get him involved here on the forum to share his experiences, ideas, thoughts as well. ou can check out Shorty's home page here.

Keep working on him, JW. I have been a para since 1971 and know how hard it might be for some people to get involved in anything. Shorty's web site is great. Maybe he can be an example for all those hunters/fisherman who have become disabled and who are having problems getting back into the outdoors.
