Used my new Killer B decoy. Worked awesome. Called in this tom and he tried to put the hurt on the Killer B decoy.

Nice one, Joseph! You were right about Vancourt. I called in three this morning and shot one of them. They were all two year olds...hope for an older one with longer spurs next time.

We're they gobblin a bunch? I used a hen decoy squatted on the ground about 3 feet from the Killer B. THey were gobbling like crazy til 11 am, then they get lockjaw. Its almost impossible to get a gobbler to respond in the mornings. The gobbler are stuck to those hens the moment they get off the roost. YOu have to hunt the fields where the hens are feeding in the mornings. In the afternoons its a different story. Hens seem to be off laying eggs in the afternoons and you can call some gobblers in very very easy.
