does it open up from the top? Do you think this may fit on the roll bar of a jeep?? We have a center console in ours and have been trying to figure out away to get some type of gun storage without pulling out the center console.

It should not open up from the top. The guns slide in from the ends. the accessory bags should open from the front. If you dont' like it, at this price you can unload it.

i may be interested in this for my ranger. What are the dimensions. Will shotguns fit in it? How water proof is it?
