I am looking for any size acreage for father/son lease. Seasonal or year round. Bow only for Cooke/Fannin county is ok as well. I have land in Fisher/Jones counties but I am wanting to have a place to take my son during holidays when we visit family back East. Will pay cash or I am open to hunting time trades on my land for time on your land.
