I am looking for 200 plus acres East of Dallas and North of Lufkin to year round lease for my family. I recently relocated to Emory and my Newton/Jasper lease is too far for my wife and kids to run down and hunt, not to mention theft issues and trespass hunting. Due to the fact that my wife and daugters hunt without my presence quite often I do not wish to share a lease with people I do not know. I want the freedom to manage the hunting as I see fit , and be able to devlop food plots/ year round feeding program. Ocassional guests and their chidren must be permited. I prefer to deal directly with the land owner and have a long term program to improve the quality of the property. Our hunting lease is always our family project and we take ALOT of pride in how we manage and improve the habitat. Thanks John
