Can't believe it's been 20 years, but I have a mule deer shoulder mount that just needs to be spruced up.

Looks like his hair needs to be combed a bit and the glass eyes are really dull now. No damage to the mount, just looks tired.

Any ideas on what to use?

Thx.

Call Bulverde Taxidermy. Palmer is an awesome taxidermist and a great guy. He'll treat you right... I won't use any other taxidermist. My last 2 whitetails look like I should be puttin out corn for them, they look that alive...

not disputing what eastex says about the windex because i have never tried it personally, but have heard that it could have a slight bleaching effect. My taxidermist told me to use a soft rag and wd 40 to add a slight shine to enable the coat to look "fresh"... ive used this for years and it has never had an adverse effect on my many mounts or my dads.. once again, not trying to discredit eastex.
