Nice. Cool scope video as well. Kinda weird that it didn't fall within 20 ft. or so at that range.

I figured that 6.8 would've dropped it right there..

What ammo were you using? I asked David and he said it was Barnes TSX but he didn't remember the grain.

In my experience with the 6.8, the v-max's would be the best round for coyotes. The tsx's how ever work excellent for hogs, but dont expand as well on coyotes for some reason.

Well, the coyote was just an after thought. The main reason we were out was to kill off some of the hogs that are out there running off the deer.

I love it. In fact, we like them so much we bought 3 of them and will probably have a 4th one within the next week or so. We use the optional IR torch that comes with some of the scopes and it works great.
