Could I put a corn feeder and protein feeder out by each other like 20 yards from another

Yep mix the two together and save some cash on the second feeder. You can mix whatever you want in your feeder.. just dont put in powdered protein can plug up your feeder.. then ya got a real mess. Good luck!

Yeah you can. If at all possible I would put each feeder at opposite sides of my stand about 80 or so yards from my stand. But I agree with Knight to mix the corn and protein and save the money.

Good luck! x2. Most of the standard pellets will clog a broadcast (spin) feeder. Make sure the protein is designed for broadcast feeders and you will have no problems mixing. I personally mix soybeans in with my corn feeders in Jan and Feb to get the deer through the winter and July - Sept to get them through the dry summers when browse is not there. The bucks really need the protein to get their bodies back in shape post rut and to continue their antler growth in the summer.
