Not much more to scout since I dont own land. Guess I'll have to start knocking on doors to meet pond owners.

if nothing is flying nothing is flying. Wrong. If nothing is flying...you are in the wrong spot. Well I guess there is nothing I can do then cause I dont know anyone with land and water on it. Guess I will just have to wait and purchase land myself one day. Not true Not much more to scout since I dont own land. Guess I'll have to start knocking on doors to meet pond owners. Also not true, There is a ton of public land out there, you just have to keep on lookin! Drive further, walk further, put in more time and effort then you will find places that produce. A lot of these guys on here scout way more than they hunt and sometimes that stilll isn't enough. You don't have to buy land to shoot ducks, that actually would put some limitations on where you hunt. Keep searching, good luck to ya!

lets bring this back on topic....
I was hunting with JJ and Kelly on Monday and had a great time. He works hard to ensure that he is putting his clients on birds and has some great spots. Even with my 'average' shooting we saw enough ducks to get a two-man limit. Some of those geese that the other party shot were huge.
I will definately be hunting with JJ again next year (and so are my buddies). He does a great job of making sure that everyone has fun on their hunt, that you will see ducks, and that you are in the right position to have shots on the birds you are seeing.

You posted those pics last year... no, they planted all of that country in cotton this year so we didn't get any birds.
