A friend of mine has purchased land near Stephenville. Total is around 1400 acres. Just curious to see how much leases are going for in that area just in case they decide to lease it out. Would any one here be interested? I haven't been there to check for myself but as of yet I don't think there is water or electric but that will be fixed this summer if not. We have pics of many deer and hogs on the place. Seen bucks up to 140 and possibly bigger. Most are the normal 120's to 130's. If they lease it, it would be year long lease. I'll try and get some pics up soon of some of the animals.

Any creeks, ponds or acreage in cultivation? How much cover? this would factor alot into the price per acre.

Friend leases their place for $10 an acre in Bosque for 2,400 acres.

Creek, tanks, and I believe no cultivation. I will be going to look at the property for myself in the next few weeks and take some pics of it for you guys.

I would be interested but just depending on ammeneties it has to offer, i would say $7-$10/acre 6-8 guys depending on how thick it is

I am interested also. Info needed on is it family friendly, for my son.

I'll join in, PM if intrested in leasing. I have a group of 6+ hunters. Currently in Dublin, but looking to find a new lease. We have 3 on 600 acres, looking to get a lease with another group
I'd ask him if he's pregnant. He missed a s__tload of periods. I'll take "things that look like a uterus" for $200 Alex.

They set a few game cams up. I have seen the pics but have not been out there yet for myself.
