Only got to hunt one weekend, say 2 young bucks and 2 does. Acorns are all over so the corn is just sitting. Where in Young did you see Javelina?

Acorns plentiful in Oct. Saw 4 doe 2 young 10" bucks, no pigs yet hope it stays that way. Tons of raccoons a few yotes 1 small covey quail. Late in the month plenty sandhills, all 6 deer on my place starting to visit feeders around 8~9:30 am again 40 minutes before dark, wasps / yellow jackets out the wazoo.

No doubt on the wasps! I have had a couple of borderline shooter's on camera in October, but the end of the month was pretty brutal. No hogs either!!!

Almost shooters you say, get your pellet rifle and come on over, some of mine will make the 13" AR rule, Ive got quite a few culls that need to go. (of course I'm talkin bout the yellow jackets)

We hunt neat Jean and haven't seen anything exciting on the cameras. Everything is still too green and there's not much traffic at our feeders.
I've seen 'em lose and I've seen 'em win But I've never seen 'em quit.
