Anybody around DFW do tactical bolt knobs? Need a price and location.

feldkamp does great work, but if I have to ship it somewhere, I'll just go ahead and send it to AZ Precision. They have some knobs that I like better.

Just a thought, I don't care for the giant knobs and this was one I liked, have pics of their knobs?

They make a bunch of custom knobs as well. There are tons of pics of them on snipershide. It's $90 for any knob they offer or a custom and it includes coating as well as return shipping

Yeah they use cerakote on the knob when they install it. It's extra to get the rest of the shroud/handle done

X2 AZ is the best. Had them put a new firing pin and assembly while he was at it. Got it back in a week. Worth every penny!

Yeah I went ahead and sent them to AZ. He said that he had just caught up on all of his extra work. He does customs at the same price as everything else, so I couldn't resist.

We are Atwell Tactical, thanks for the recomendation. Atwell and DSS are partners now. Q is one of my best friends and his work in superb. He does the gunsmithing side of DSS, and I run the retail side. He is such a perfectionist I accidently touched a 1911 slide that just came out of sandblast and he made me redo the whole thing.

BTW we machine and thread our bolt knobs, not just grind and glue like some people.

Andrew is good people. He is the real deal, not an internet BSer. He knows his stuff very very well and is an extremely active in shooting and competitions. He is not some tard range warrior that puts down brands like DPMS etc, he will use his DPMS and hand your a** to you. He got 4 out 4 hits at the Tiger Valley low light sniper match with his DPMS SASS. The only competitor to do this.
