I am sure opinions are far and wide but I am asking the question anyway.

My son has bought a Hoyt Powerhawk 60# and the only thing left to get is the stabilizer.

He wants to get that new Octane 7" stabilizer because "it looks cool".

I have looked everything from
Hoyt's own TRIFLEX™ STABILIZER
Fuse Enduro 5.25 "/4.4 oz
LimbSaver® S-Coil Stabilizer & Coil Stabilizer 4.5"/5 oz
and the above mentioned Octane™ Stabilizer 7"/5.1 oz

Thanks in advance for the impute.

I have a hoyt alphamax. I had the octane on it but really didnt like it. I switched to a doinker multirod 7" and it made a big improvement in noise and vibration.

Check out some of the stabilizers at specialtyarch.com
I have a friend that shoots one of their Feather Lite models and says it reduced noise quit a lot.

Thanks all. Ended up with the LimbSaver® X-Coil Stabilizer 4.5"/5 oz. On the boy and my son is happy with it.

I have spent more on stabilizers than any other part of the sport. There is no substitute for a well balanced bow. I've had them custom hand made along with balance bars for my competition bows.

To me a stabilizer is as important as my arrows.
