very nice indeed.
Looks like someone may have had to clean a gut shot buck.

24 hours in a day.
24 beers in a case.
Coincidence, I think not.

Those are some good looking deer.

Do yall have a high fence or use imported deer?
It is kinda weird to see that many mule deer forked bucks at once. And oh yeah someone had a nasty gutting job.

Gutting, nasty, well kinda works out like that. As long as the horns hit the ground I'd go through his a** head first to get the guts out. But Im kind of a freak when it comes to my deer huntin. Preciate all the conrats, we are a proud group of dudes. We are happy as can be about the forked gene coming out......keep it coming. There is about 2500 acres and we hunt on about 1500 acres of it. All low fence, I did say east texas right ????? Its all about doing what you can do to help out (protien and food plots)and luck.

does any body hunt the other 1000 acres? we had a similar set up, 1500 acres out of which we got 600, the other was just for a refuge of sorts

For it is not the quarry that we truly seek, but the adventure.

Well I have hunted all but 3 days so far this season and have struck out. I have seen a couple of small bucks, a few does, a couple bobcats, some pigs (shot 2), some cayotes, lots of armadillos, an opossum, a skunk, but not the monster buck i want ! I did see one shooter but he didn't give me enough time........

Ive got about 6 buddies from college that want to get a lease. How did you get 9 guys on the lease? we all live in either austin Houston or dallas and buffalo texas is the perfect in between if you could tell me any information that would be great. Thanks BuffaloFart out.

you may want to send the original poster a PM, they havent posted since January 2012, and may not see your question to a 6 year old post

welcome
