just decided to open our place up for hunters this year. in Stratford Texas (Pheasant capital of Texas). pretty basic hunt. half section of crops and weedy corners, 2 sections of crp next to crops. as it is my first year, the price will be $100 day/gun which gets you the land, my labrador, and me as a guide/hunter. if you're looking for a hunt with ALOT of birds that is very affordable, this is it.

I always like to be sure before I book with a guide as I am sure the game wardens will be out checking. Let me know so I can get with you about booking a hunt. Thanks, CW

I do have a hunting lease license. Liability insurance is not a necessity as i am not charging four times the amount of our ad valorum taxes. and hunters will sign a waiver.
