Going to Oklahoma for opening weekend, and wind is predicted 20 mph ... It is my understanding that deer dont move much in that kind of wind... Any ideas??

Depends on what area of Oklahoma.

I don't think any thing will slow a deer down in the rut excpet maybe a blizzard.

There are areas in Oklahoma where I promise you the deer are use to the wind...b/c if they wheren't they would all die from starvation.

FYI the state song of Oklahoma contains where the wind comes sweeping down....

Where I hunt up there 20mph is a calm day. I wouldn't worry about it.

They will move. I'll be there starting Wednesday, but looks like we may have missed the peak of the rut.
