Mine is still in the shop and not sure if they will fix so i still might get a new one so keep the advice coming.

If you get one, get the 12. It will last longer than the 11 because of the technology inside, and you'll be happy with it without spending an extra couple hundred on the Pro. Go to your carrier (AT&T, Verizon, etc.) and see what they'll do for you on a trade in or phone credit to make it more palatable.
I don't skimp on my phone since I use it more than any other technology minus maybe my truck (Lord knows how many computers are in a truck these days)

i have the 11 pro max and have owned every iphone since the 7 in one form or another. if you can hol doff for a few weeks get a 12 any of the 12s just because it will be about the same price with better features.
