Looking for south Texas hunting lease

Me and couple more family members are looking for a a year round lease in south Texas we are very well knowledgeable hunters we just got rid of our lease we had in George west after 5 years and we are searching for another and can’t seem to find one. Price range we’re looking for is no around more more than around 13500 a year. Plz let me know thanks!
