Pure Mouflon shot today

Out in bandera with Don K after a pair of his pure mouflons and i got mine so hopefully in the morning Mike gets his, been a super long day and not easy by far. Been hunting since 10 am or a but before and got it done a couple hours ago. Hopefully we will have some more pics in the am for yall.

Well I guess we ought to try to guess how long your
ram was Jeremy....my guess 31.5".

i like that guess lol he was a bit shorter but me and mikes was 1/2" difference. Mine was 30-1/4" today when i got a cable on him and mikes was 1/2" shorter. I would have taken either but Mike was generous and gave me first shot. I wanted the high and tight and he was more than happy to finish his slam with the full loop pure mouflon. Don was a great guy and we look forward to sharing an adult beverage with him in the future talking about a great time in beautifull Bandera Tx

He was 29-1-2" on tape but a tight cable is a bit more and measured tight.

Jeremy nade a heck of a shot on him also. In the picture of mine Jeremy was on the other side of the road that goes across his shoulder. The mouflon was still up the hill a little from where the picture was taken. He shot and the Mouflon went down and never even kicked. I like not tracking shot animals.
