Re: Hunting Wide Open - 03/12/21 03:06 PM

I appreciate the kind words and hope that I have a few more years left me as I will turn 68 next week. While I still enjoy hunting deer and turkeys in the spring, my love for the challenge of calling predators continues to grow. I pray that my children and all young folks are afforded the same opportunities that I have been blessed to have.
I had a conference call with Ruger and the other Brand Ambassadors yesterday afternoon. Looks like the FTC is going to require us to disclose our sponsorship with companies so from now on, I will do my best to play by the new rules.

This is near Quemado, NM. It has more hills and rocky volcanic outcroppings than Clayton area. The elevation that we hunted were from about 6500 ft. to 7800 ft. which is also a little higher than Clayton. I agree, love to hunt the big open country and makes for good video.
Adios,
Gary
