We take the backstraps and hind quarters of most of the sows, and the rest gets left for the coyotes. Everyone I've ever had that's asked me for a hog. When I call them at midnight when we're done hunting and say "hey I got a hog for you I already gutted it. Come get it." Everyone has made some sort of excuse why they couldn't come get it so after a while I quit calling people. People these days won't take free meat unless it's clean and in an ice chest on ice. Then won't bring your ice chest back. Pffft I'm done with that... Lol
