This Jessie guy in the video gives me a new light to hog hunting and makes me consider eating them more. Anyone eat them on regular basis? Alot of meat out there but they are so darn sneaky. https://huntervids.com/videos/hunting-feral-hogs-from-the-wild-dark-rye/

The backstrap is very good. The last one I shot was mixed with beef 50 50 pork and made link sausage, vey good. The next will be sausage made of all pork with seasonings.

I want that recipe in the video! Those tacos looked righteous!

Back straps. I can do those in about 10 minutes without much light. If it is a big smelly boar, it goes straight to the boneyard.

That was a great video, and the pig they killed, in my opinion, was the perfect eating size! I've gotta' try those dutch oven tacos, looked really good. Thanks for putting that up here.

edited to add: I found this TP&W video on making feral hog tacos. It's the same guy (Jesse Griffis) who's in the video above. Looks good!
