Foxpro.
I got a Foxpro Wildfire about a year ago and my only regret not getting it sooner. It should be in your budget too.

I agree. I bought the same thing and have been pleased. I would also recommend buying some TS game calls. They are handmade by TJ Shockler and sound really good. I use my electronic call in conjunction with the mouth calls.

Foxpro and some kind of decoy. Fox jack or even a feather on a stick works too.

If you have time you can save a ton of money.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hz8ImEWLSSkhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n7O_1WPGHYwI had fox pro storm. Made one and sold the storm. I used a small speaker off sound system as I do not like the power or hail speakers to much back ground noise. You can get an old speaker at goodwill for 4 or $5. For your sound
http://www.varmintal.com/ahunt.htm. He has close to hundred sounds last time I was there. I went and bought a wireless mic. I had every thing but the mic so I only have $50 in my call.
While your at it try this also

Learn to hand call, it is a lot more rewarding and is very effective. E calls are great for competitions because you don't have to blow a call for 24 hrs straight, but there's nothing more rewarding than working a dog in with a mouth call.
I was just thinking i have a blue tooth speaker for my iphone i got for 10 bucks on sale and then just go to
